Irina Milorava

Ms. Irina Milorava has graduated from a Law School with the major in jurisprudence and administrative law. She started her professional carrier in 1996-2000 at the Constitutional Court of Georgia holding various positions. Later, during 2000-2002she continued her work and professional development at the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Finance of Georgia. Diverse work experience in the spheres of law, management and administration served as a significant asset when she was employed as a Legal Adviser to the General Director and the Head of Legal Department at the Georgian Wholesale Electricity Market in 2002. From 2004 she was promoted for the position of a deputy General Director and in 2006 after foundation of the Electricity System Commercial Operator (ESCO) Ms. Milorava was appointed as Deputy General Director and in 2009 as a General Director of ESCO. On September 2013 Irina Milorava was appointed as the Chair of Georgian National Energy and Water Supply Regulatory Commission.
